We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Junior ESG Data Analyst to join our Amsterdam team. Join Mileway’s pan‑European ESG team and help us raise the bar on how we collect, validate, visualize and use sustainability data across the portfolio. You’ll work with and create ESG dashboards and monitor ESG data quality —partnering closely with country teams, wider ESG team, and IT. This role is responsible for the collection and maintenance of over 400,000 ESG data points. Working at Mileway Mileway is Europe’s leading owner and manager of last-mile logistics real estate, operating across more than 11 countries with a team of over 550 professionals in more than twenty offices. We provide high-quality urban logistics space that enables businesses to store, distribute and deliver goods closer to their customers. Our portfolio focuses on strategically located warehouses and distribution assets that support the growing demand for efficient, city-focused supply chains. With a cloud-based IT infrastructure and strong local market expertise, Mileway combines pan-European scale with on-the-ground knowledge. We are an international and collaborative organization, bringing together colleagues from over 50 nationalities. Our culture is pragmatic, fast-moving and team-oriented, with a strong focus on ownership and delivery. At Mileway, we foster a continuous learning environment through our in-house learning and development programs, supporting both professional and personal development. You’ll be based at our Amsterdam office. While we embrace a flexible approach to work, our policy requires working from the office three days a week. What you’ll do Organisation and validation of quarterly and annual data collection campaigns throughout different departments and teams at Mileway. Ensuring ESG data quality and maintenance, support and improve further development of the ESG data model Run the quarterly data cycle: plan timelines, guide country teams, publish validation guidance, and ensure completeness/quality across LED, EPC, EV chargers, green building certifications, solar, and fossil fuel exposure. Design & evolve Power BI dashboards that drive action: build, iterate and maintain ESG dashboards (e.g., data Flags/validation views), monitor usage, and translate feedback into improvements. Partner cross‑functionally: work with ESG reporting, portfolio/asset management and IT so ESG data informs decision‑making and leadership reporting.
