Careers that Change Lives

Healthcare is changing. Our innovative products and services enable earlier disease diagnosis, safer treatment, faster recovery, and improved patient outcomes. This is however only a part of the innovation need.

Environmental harm and social value are intrinsically linked to health. Globally, the international scientific consensus is that, to prevent the worst climate damages, global net human-caused emissions of carbon dioxide need to fall by about 45% from 2010 levels by 2030, reaching net zero around 2050. Locally, our governments have mandated disclosures in all public tenders through a series of Procurement Policy Notes.

In the Benelux region, sustainability is a key driver for healthcare suppliers. Not only does it align with the region’s focus on environmental responsibility, but it also helps suppliers gain a competitive edge. By implementing sustainable practices, suppliers can reduce waste and energy use, lowering costs and demonstrating a commitment to environmental well-being. This resonates with both environmentally conscious healthcare providers and the public, potentially leading to increased market share and a stronger brand reputation.

Due to increasing mandates there is a requirement to collaborating closely with our customers, Operating Units and Global Functions, you will oversee this journey.
