Team Structure

As Sustainability intern, you will be part of the Sustainability team. The Sustainability team assists the whole organization on a variety of projects from residential, office and hotel developments. In this internship you will mainly support in sustainability activities related to our Hotel De Durgerdam and Restaurant De Mark but you will be involved in other projects. It is an ideal opportunity to learn from a wide range of stakeholders, and apply your sustainability skills in different settings, from corporate to lifestyle.

What you will do & learn

• You’ll support the Head of Sustainability in managing the different projects;
• You’ll act as a point-of-contact internally for questions and comments related to sustainability;
• You’ll do research on waste, energy & water management, as well as on impact measurements;
• You regularly visit our hotel De Durgerdam as well as our restaurant De Mark to assure all sustainable measures are implemented;
• You are the lead in our effort to move towards a Zero Waste operation;
• You’ll setup sustainability related (online) events;
• You’ll create content about the different projects that can be shared both internally and externally.
