Senior Data Analyst ESG

Wat ga je doen?

As Senior ESG Data Analyst, you will be working as part of the ESG Central Data Platform (CDP) team within NN Group Finance. We are working to build a central data service to collect ESG data on our investments, calculate different metrics and distribute the outcomes to different stakeholders that use our data in various reports on sustainability, such as SFDR, EUT and CSRD. In your role you will be part of the growing team that is focused on the functional execution of the data management processes in our data applications.

Responsibilities

• You work to becoming the run process owner, ensuring the process is well documented, with clear work instructions and timelines
• You create alignment in the work of the team by setting up meetings to discuss planning, progress and issues encountered in the process
• You contribute to executing data management processes of the different calculation runs, performing data quality checks on completeness and correctness in our data applications
• You represent the team and process by liaising with a broad group of stakeholders to align on the planning and execution of the process
• You setup and maintain the incident workflow, including logging, root-cause analysis, impact assessments, improvements for prevention and communication to stakeholders
• You combine your experience with the input of the team to identify, plan and implement process improvements with the support of the technical scrum team
• You setup and maintain the control framework for the process, including ensuring alignment with the control testing teams
