Interim ESG Reporting Analyst

As sustainability reporting becomes increasingly important for both compliance and strategic decision making, Kiwa’s Central ESG team is expanding its capacity to meet the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Assignment Overview

We are looking for an Interim ESG Reporting Analyst to support Kiwa’s Central ESG Team with ESG and specifically GHG data collection, consolidation and reporting. You will help improve data quality, structure and transparency across the international organization, enabling robust GHG calculations, baseline updates, and assurance readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG and GHG data collection from country teams, ensuring completeness and quality.
• Validate and structure environmental metrics such as emissions and energy usage.
• Calculate GHG emissions (Scope 1, 2, and potentially 3) and track progress against baselines.
• Support the creation of dashboards and reporting tools in Excel and Power BI.
• Translate data into clear, audit-ready management information.
• Guide local ESG contacts in delivering accurate and consistent data.
• Review submitted calculations, identify inconsistencies and support methodology alignment.
• Contribute to assurance readiness and documentation of processes, data definitions and audit trails.
