Your responsibilities and day in the office:

You are the ESG Lead of the Infinite Group. You are responsible to further develop and improve the ESG foundations together with our Internal Project Managers.

Every day at Ynvolve is unique and presents a diverse array of challenges and opportunities in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance. As our ESG Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring legal alignment and strategic integration of ESG principles within our operations.

Your day in the office involves:

Strategy and policy development and implementation:

  • You develop our ESG strategy.
  • You develop and implement ESG policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • You provide employees and stakeholders with training and education on ESG matters as needed.
  • You work on ISO compliance.

Legal compliance:

  • You stay abreast of relevant ESG regulations, laws, and industry best practices to ensure the organization’s compliance.
  • You provide legal guidance to ensure the company’s activities align with applicable ESG standards and principles.
  • You provide detailed technical advice, analysis, and clarification on the legal and regulatory obligations arising from current and future European rules, guidance, and regulation in respect of sustainable IT.

Project management ESG:

  • You plan and lead project meetings regarding ESG topics with internal and external customers.
  • You create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, dependencies, and resources required.
  • You identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Risk assessment:

  • You assess legal risks associated with ESG matters and develop strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address ESG-related risks across the organization.

Diligence and transactions:

  • You conduct due diligence on ESG-related matters in any business transactions.
  • You advise on legal implications and potential risks associated with ESG aspects of business operations.

Stakeholder engagement:

  • You engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and advocacy groups, on ESG-related matters.
  • You build and maintain relationships with key ESG stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Reporting and disclosure:

  • You prepare ESG-related disclosures, reports, and communications to relevant parties, including regulatory filings and sustainability reports.
