Sustainability Intern

Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to make a positive impact at a fashion scale-up? Join our dedicated sustainability team, consisting of the Sustainability Lead and Junior Sustainability Specialist.

As to what you are going to be working on, no day will look the same! One day you might be gathering sustainability data and certifications from suppliers, and the next you could be helping prepare for upcoming audits such as our B Corp recertification, GOTS, or other standards. You’ll also get involved in our carbon accounting projects, contributing to product LCAs, for instance. Finally, you could help out with the organization of a corporate volunteering event or a sustainability-related workshop for the company.

Because sustainability is embedded across many parts of the business, you’ll collaborate closely with many different teams, such as Product Development, HR or supply chain. We can promise hands-on experience and real responsibility.
This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Amsterdam: ideally, you could start beginning of May for a total period of six months. You must be authorised to work in the Netherlands.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the sustainability team in their daily work;
• Helping us prepare for CSRD;
• Supporting the recertification process for our B Corp certification;
• Assisting MR MARVIS in achieving the GOTS certification;
• Collaborating across departments to gather sustainability information;
• Coordinating internal sustainability events, workshops, and training sessions;
• Assisting in increasing awareness of our sustainability initiatives;
