We are looking for a passionate Business Consultant to join our Customer Success team and maximize our customer satisfaction and retention.

Your Role

Are you someone who thrives on guiding and supporting customers? As a Business Consultant at BigMile, you are the driving force behind our customers’ success. You ensure that new customers onboard smoothly and help existing customers get the most out of our platform. With your team, you are the first point of contact for all our customers, assisting them in reporting and analyzing their transport-related emissions as effectively as possible.

What Will You Do?

  • Onboarding and Implementation: Guide new customers through their initial steps with our platform.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for support questions and needs.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that customers encounter.
  • Advising: Provide advice to customers on their sustainability reporting and help them achieve their goals.
  • Measuring Customer Satisfaction: Continuously measure and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Engagement: Make proactive decisions to retain customers and actively contribute to improving our services and software.
  • Projects: Sometimes you will run projects where we analyse and advise companies within the scope of the projects.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with technical support during the pre-sales phase, such as in Proof of Concept projects.
