The Social Hub is serious about sustainability and impact (yes, we actually walk the talk on Corporate Social Responsibility). We’re all about driving change in the hospitality industry and working on projects that spark planet-proof behaviour; empowering our community of changemakers, inside and outside our organization, to do good, together.

As a certified B Corp with Science Based Targets in place, we’re already making moves on energy, water, and waste reduction. But there’s a lot of work to be done, and we’re not stopping there. We’re looking to level up our impact, and we need someone awesome to help us get there.

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an intern to join our team for at least 6 months, starting February 2026.

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, The United Kingdom and Portugal this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll support the Sustainability Team with managing the different projects

• You’ll assist with quantitative and qualitative research, including data collection, analysis, and reporting using Excel and other tools.

• You’ll act as a point-of-contact internally for questions and comments related to sustainability

• You’ll create content about the different projects that can be shared both internally and externally

• You’ll set up sustainability related (online) communications together with our internal comms team

• You’ll do research on diverse topics. From environmental insights into waste, energy & water management, as well as on social insights, on diversity, volunteering and community impact measurements.
