Senior ESG Lead

As our new Senior ESG Lead, you will play an active role across the full spectrum of Environmental, Social and Governance activities. You will will help design and implement SoftwareOne’s new enhanced ESG strategy, including advancing environmental initiatives, strengthening our social impact programs, and ensuring effective ESG-related communication.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Strategy: Support the definition and implementation of the global ESG strategy translating it into regional priorities and targets, while driving data collection and implementation of data integrity controls across all three ESG pillars.
• Regulatory compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with ESG-related legislation such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
• Environmental initiatives & charitable giving: Develop and implement policies and guidelines such as our decarbonisation and transition plans; and support donations and employee volunteer programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Communication and reporting: Lead ESG communications internally and externally, and prepare integrated annual reports, including supporting assurance.
