Sustainability Internship

O’Neill Europe is looking for a passionate and curious student to join our Sustainability Team from October! If you’re into textiles, fashion, and sustainability—and want to make a real impact—this internship is your chance to jump into action with a legendary surf and snow brand.

From reducing emissions to navigating new regulations and certifying recycled content, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fun, dynamic environment that’s all about protecting the planet we love to explore.

What You’ll Be Doing

•  Measuring Emissions: Help collect and organize data for our emissions project (Scopes 1, 2, and 3—we’ll teach you what that means).
•  Recycled Content Certifications: Support the process for certifying recycled materials, including working with documentation and third-party organizations.
•  Research & Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by investigating sustainable textile innovations and new industry standards.
•  Product Sustainability: Analyze our products to ensure they meet the highest sustainability standards while still looking epic.
•  Team Support: Help out with presentations, reports, and day-to-day projects to keep our sustainability efforts moving forward.
