About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading global organization? Reckitt is looking for a Senior Buyer for upstream and sustainability management of Paper & Pulp based Packaging materials reporting to Procurement Manager. Based in Amsterdam, this role will be responsible for the procurement of commodities like Solid Box Board, Corrugated Paper, Viscose & other paper and pulp-based products and drive sustainability initiatives in this category. Your responsibilities

In summary, You’ll

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for commodities under scope
• Monitor market conditions, offering procurement insights based on commodity trends and prices
• Prepare monthly forecasts and report incorporating market insights and trend
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms.
• Engage in supplier selection, focusing on optimal service, cost, and quality
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal & external stakeholders to drive various upstreampaper projects.

• Ensure that all procurement activities comply with the procurement Operating Model and SOP
