Job Description

The responsible investment team is responsible for managing our active ownership activities – our dialogue with the companies we invest in, which is a key element of our commitment to be a Net Zero Asset Manager and to address some of the impacts of our investments.
During this internship you will assisting the team in reporting progress on collaborative engagement initiatives, against our net zero commitments and on the adverse impacts our investment may have on society or the environment. This gives you the opportunity to work on your reporting, writing and communication skills towards our global clients, colleagues and regulators. You will learn about identifying the impacts of investment portfolios and our approach to engaging with companies to address these impacts. Guided by the senior members of our team, this will be a great chance to develop your ESG skills during summer.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open engagements, with a focus on biodiversity and inclusion and diversity, by communicating with the respective investee companies.
• Document company dialogues conducted with other investors as part of collaborative investor engagement initiatives.
• Conduct desktop research to prepare company dialogues.
• Write case studies from the most interesting engagements.
• Contribute to internal and external presentations and reports on active ownership activities.
