The Community Partnership Program (CPP) is the primary vehicle through which S&CE delivers these initiatives globally.

Job mission
As an ESG Data & Reporting Specialist, you will be at the heart of our efforts to measure, analyze, and report on the impact of our programs, delivering robust governance and compliance with sustainability regulations.
While your primary focus will be on data and reporting, you will also help shape the strategic direction of the CPP portfolio and contribute to broader program development. This is a global role, engaging with stakeholders across regions and functions—including ESG Strategy, Finance, Legal, Risk, Communications, and more.
Main responsibilities
As the ESG Data & Reporting Specialist, your primary focus will be on data management, database maintenance, development of reporting tools, and preparing reports for the CPP. You will:
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide comprehensive insights into the CPP portfolio.
- Prepare and present CPP portfolio insights to steer and manage the project portfolio in line with the CPP objectives.
- Support the development and execution of CPP strategy and program priorities through robust data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with program managers and other internal stakeholders (e.g., ESG strategy, finance, legal, risk, procurement) to drive program effectiveness and resolve data-related roadblocks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, reporting processes, and impact measurement methodologies.
- Play an active role in program governance, including managing the project approval process and ensuring projects adhere to standardized methodologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and integrate regulatory reporting requirements into CPP reporting processes.
- In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader portfolio management activities, such as stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
