Dazzle is a fast growing start-up based in Rotterdam, dedicated to connecting A-level sustainability freelancers with organizations globally. Our global community of pre-screened sustainability freelancers, offers fast hiring, specialized knowledge, and affordable rates to our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Account Executive at Dazzle, you’ll be responsible for driving our revenue growth by:
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Follow-up of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that are generated from our webinars, ads, website visitors, and more.
- Conducting video meetings to understand client pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
- Managing freelancer introduction meetings, delivering customized proposals, coordinating kick-off meetings.
- Collaborating closely with our Founder & CEO to attend industry events, identify new sales opportunities, close deals, upsell existing clients.
- Client relationship management by having regular check-ins and discuss their sustainability roadmaps for the year ahead.
