Purpose:
This free webinar was organized to offer a space to share views and experiences on this theme, engage more people working in the business sector in exploring the relationships among business, ethics, leadership, and the Earth Charter and in bringing this to their sphere of work.

Questions:

  • Why does sustainability make good sense to the business world?
  • What role can the business sector play in changing the course of our world towards sustainability?
  • What are the challenges and opportunities for leadership for sustainability?
  • What role can the Earth Charter play in this?

Business professor at Seminole State College of Florida, author book “System Leadership for Sustainability,” Facilitator, Earth Charter Center for Sustainable Development at UPEACE.

Emma Verheijke
Partner Sustainability & Impact Services at Grant Thornton / Sinzer, supporting a wide portfolio of national and international organisations (companies, investors, government and non-profit) with sustainability strategy, measurement and reporting and the transition to a more sustainable economy.
