Your aim as a Circular Business Models Coordinator is to ensure Bugaboo leads the way in circular economy practices by managing and scaling initiatives that support product longevity, reuse, and sustainability.
You will be responsible for leading and expanding our circular economy initiatives, including managing and scaling our Official Bugaboo Service Centers, Certified Refurbished offerings, and second-hand market opportunities. Additionally, you will contribute to building the business case for extended warranties.
As part of the Operations team, you will report to the Customer Operations organisation, be a part of the sustainability core team and work closely with colleagues in the Sustainability Team, Finance, Sales, Quality, Brand, and Customer Service to drive revenue and strengthen Bugaboo’s position as a Responsible brand.
What will you do
- Oversee and further develop Bugaboo’s Certified Refurbished Program
- Create and maintain an overview of the business case and P&L for Certified Refurbished offerings
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to streamline administrative processes and improve data collection
- Enhance the value proposition and visibility of our Certified Refurbished offerings to strengthen Bugaboo’s responsible brand perception
- Identify opportunities to scale the program across markets
- Support the management of external partners (e.g., Buggy Pitstop and Refurbished strollers)
- Manage the Official Bugaboo Service Centers
- Serve as the primary contact person for service centers
- Scope, onboard, and train new service center partners
- Track service center data and measure their impact
- Explore and develop new circular business opportunities, including connections to the second-hand market (e.g. repair services, safety checks, cleaning services, resale platforms)
- Support the development and implementation of Bugaboo’s lease offerings through partners across new markets
- Lead adjacent projects, including building the business case for extended warranty offerings
- Collaborate with the Brand and Creative teams to align circular business models with Bugaboo’s brand value and positioning
- Act as spokesperson and manage partnerships related to circular initiatives
