Your role
The Product Manager, Social Sustainability leads the day to day implementation, evolution, and delivery of IDH Solutions’ Social Proposition with a starting focus on Living Wage. This role bridges client-facing project leadership, business and proposition development, and product stewardship, ensuring that our Living Wage offer remains viable, actionable, credible, and impactful for companies and supply chain actors.
The role aims to drive business development and delivery of living wage projects with clients and partners, providing analytical guidance, using the Salary Matrix as a core tool, and supporting companies in understanding living wage gaps, and designing remediation pathways to enable progress . Through these engagements, the Product Manager gathers insights, challenges, and practical lessons that directly feed into continuous improvement of the Living Wage proposition and product ecosystem (built on foundations of the Salary Matrix tool).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead living wage projects with companies and supply chain partners, driving delivery from analysis through to intervention design and remediation planning.
- Drive business development for living wage opportunities, contributing to growth and supporting larger strategic engagements.
- Act as the internal owner of the Salary Matrix tool’s methodology, logic, documentation and user relevance, ensuring they remain aligned with IDH’s living wage approach.
- Shape and evolve the Living Wage value proposition, executing IDH Solutions’ vision to expand the Salary Matrix into an ecosystem of living wage products and services, by gathering insights from users, projects, and partners, to identify and prioritizing ideas for improvement to a clear roadmap.
- Own the product P&L, steering priorities and coordinating with development and support vendors to deliver high-quality enhancements within budget, as well as validating financial viability in the go to market plan.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and clear communication of roadmaps, guidance and results – ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment.
- Provide expert guidance on wage gap analysis, scenario modelling, and the practical application of tools such as the Salary Matrix, ensuring robust and actionable insights.
- Ensure alignment of the tool’s data architecture, including integration with PowerBI, to support scalable and effective data use.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, translating complex data and wage methodologies into clear insights and actionable approaches.
- Strengthen delivery through targeted capacity building and by guiding junior team members to ensure quality and impact.
