What will you be contributing to?

• You will lead CSRD and ESRS compliancy:

• You own the annual Sustainability Statement in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS)
• You own the Double Materiality Analysis (DMA) including its periodic review
• You coordinate and validate data collection across Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations
• You drive audit readiness and ensure assurance requirements are met in close cooperation with the external auditor
• You further develop the ESG governance and internal controls aligned with reporting standards
• You will drive ESG data quality and reporting excellence

• You will further develop our ESG data processes, systems, and controls.
• You will improve automation and reporting efficiency.
• You will contribute in developing sustainability KPIs and dashboards for Executive Management and the Board.
• You will ensure a “single source of truth” for sustainability data across all markets and manufacturing sites.
• You will lead the further development of the sustainability reporting tool and a potential future transition to a new sustainability reporting tool and be the functional owner of the tool
• You will develop the sustainability reporting role and anticipate new regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
