The new campaign site for Recover-E® – our circular economy program for ICT users – has recently been launched in support of the company’s portfolio of Circular Economy-focused services and solutions. Recover-E® was set up in partnership with Royal HaskoningDHV and SiSo.

The site contains all information on the program, explains the benefits to ICT producers, user and recyclers and features blog posts from experts on the Circular Economy.
Recover-E® was set up in partnership with SiSo and with funding from the European Union to stimulate circular models within the ICT sphere. Spanning all the links in the ICT chain from manufacturers, producers and recyclers to equipment recoverers, users and consumers, this ‘shared responsibility’ program enables all users of ICT equipment to make more practical, sustainable contributions to the circular economy.

By defining from point-of-purchase how and where the equipment is to be used beyond its typical end-of-life-cycle limits, users, producers and recyclers in the ICT chain are now encouraged to work together so that the maximum use and value is extracted from the equipment. This is becoming increasingly important given the scarcity of many of the raw material resources used in the manufacture of ICT equipment.
