On 17 November 2026, we will come together for the third edition of TU/e Sustainability Day. Building on the success of previous editions, Sustainability Day 2026 brings together researchers, educators, students, external partners, societal organizations and professionals from both inside and outside TU/e. Learn, get inspired, exchange ideas, share experiences and explore opportunities for collaboration.
As a University of Technology , we have both the opportunity and the responsibility to help shape a more sustainable future. But real impact is created when knowledge, innovation and societal perspectives come together. Sustainability challenges cannot be solved by a single organization alone. By bringing together different perspectives, expertise and experiences, we can learn from each other and create greater impact.
Whether you are just starting your sustainability journey or have been working on sustainability for years, Sustainability Day 2026 offers inspiration, insights and opportunities to connect.
What to expect
Sustainability Day brings together people from across and beyond TU/e to connect, learn and inspire one another. Future builder and transition strategist Aniek Moonen will host the day, guiding us through the program and bringing different perspectives and conversations together. Throughout the day, networking is woven into many different program elements, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, discover new perspectives and build valuable connections.
Discover sustainability research, innovations and operations at TU/e
As a University of Technology, we are proud of the research and innovation taking place across TU/e. Sustainability Day provides a platform for researchers working on sustainability topics to showcase their work. Discover how research contributes to a more sustainable future, and hear about the challenges, opportunities and impact of their work.
You can also explore the Sustainable Campus 2030 Roadmap, which outlines Campus & Facilities’ sustainability ambitions and direction for the years ahead.
