What you’ll be doing

As Sustainability Officer, you’ll help translate sustainability strategy into practical initiatives that create measurable value across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving CO₂ reduction initiatives by identifying, prioritising and implementing decarbonisation opportunities.
• Improving Scope 3 emissions data and supporting projects that reduce emissions throughout the value chain.
• Supporting multiple international production sites in preparing for Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation, including gap analyses, documentation and audit readiness.
• Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain to embed sustainability into day-to-day decision-making.
• Building engagement across different locations by facilitating workshops, sharing best practices and supporting behavioural change.
• Monitoring sustainability KPIs and contributing to ESG reporting and environmental performance tracking.
• Supporting internal communication by developing sustainability success stories, case studies and awareness materials.
• Contributing to continuous improvement projects that strengthen the organisation’s environmental performance.
