We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial, and curious intern to join the Global ESG team at Caldic. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sustainability, strategy, digital transformation, and business innovation.

What you will do

• Support global ESG initiatives across climate, circularity, supply chain resilience, responsible sourcing, compliance, and reporting 

• Contribute to strategic projects including carbon footprinting, supplier engagement, ESG analytics, benchmarking, market intelligence, and sustainability innovation 

• Support the development of digital ESG tools, dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, internal platforms, and data-driven decision-making capabilities 

• Help prepare strategic materials for executive leadership, Board and ESG Committee discussions, customer meetings, supplier engagement, and external stakeholder communication 

• Support sustainability disclosures, ratings, and certifications including EcoVadis, CDP, Science Based Targets initiative, and emerging regulatory frameworks 

• Collaborate with teams across operations, procurement, commercial, supply chain, IT, finance, communications, and regional leadership across the globe 

• Support engagement with suppliers, principals, customers, auditors, consultants, and industry associations 

• Bring fresh thinking, challenge conventional approaches, and help identify innovative opportunities that accelerate business and sustainability performance
