Today, we’re currently in the midst of an exciting M&A project to acquire a large OTC portfolio. This strategic move will expand our footprint across key European markets such as France, Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Spain and Portugal.

To support our growth strategy and accelerate our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) efforts, we’re seeking an experienced, dynamic individual to join our team as a Group ESG Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and implement ESG Strategies aligned with laws and stakeholder needs.
• Lead Decarbonisation Efforts to minimize our environmental footprint.
• Ensure Ethical Compliance through regular risk assessments.
• Manage Data Collection and Reporting to drive transparency.
• Drive ESG Integration in M&A and lead Training Programs.
