What will you be contributing to?
Key focus areas include energy and emissions reduction, waste and water optimization, environmental compliance excellence, driving a systematic environmental way of working, and supporting the delivery of Cloetta’s sustainability ambitions across manufacturing.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of environmental programs, governance, and ways of working aligned with legislation, internal standards, and Cloetta’s sustainability strategy.
- Support the organization in achieving environmental targets through expert guidance, structured initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as a trusted environmental expert, building awareness and strengthening competence across sites and functions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, regulatory requirements, and permit conditions.
- Drive harmonization of environmental training and contribute to the development of common learning initiatives.
- Initiate, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing sites.
- Provide environmental expertise and risk assessments in projects, including Management of Change (MoC) and CAPEX investments.
- Act as the key point of contact for environmental authorities and external stakeholders, fostering constructive and compliant relationships.
- Lead environmental reporting, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data submission.
