Group Environmental Manager

What will you be contributing to?

Key focus areas include energy and emissions reduction, waste and water optimization, environmental compliance excellence, driving a systematic environmental way of working, and supporting the delivery of Cloetta’s sustainability ambitions across manufacturing.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of environmental programs, governance, and ways of working aligned with legislation, internal standards, and Cloetta’s sustainability strategy.
• Support the organization in achieving environmental targets through expert guidance, structured initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as a trusted environmental expert, building awareness and strengthening competence across sites and functions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental legislation, regulatory requirements, and permit conditions.
• Drive harmonization of environmental training and contribute to the development of common learning initiatives.
• Initiate, prioritize, and lead continuous improvement activities across manufacturing sites.
• Provide environmental expertise and risk assessments in projects, including Management of Change (MoC) and CAPEX investments.
• Act as the key point of contact for environmental authorities and external stakeholders, fostering constructive and compliant relationships.
• Lead environmental reporting, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data submission.
