For Yamaha Motor Europe N.V.(YME), located at Schiphol-Rijk in the Netherlands, we are looking for a CSR Intern in our Corportae Social Responsibility (CSR) Department.

About the role

During your internship, you will join the CSR organisation and support the team on various ad-hoc projects. This position offers valuable insights into the operations of a large multinational company and established brand, specifically regarding its sustainability strategy. You will report directly to the CSR Department Manager.

As part of the team, you will assist the CSR department in supporting branches and subsidiaries throughout Europe and advising the business on required adjustments. By participating in a range of CSR initiatives, you will deepen your understanding of key sustainability topics, such as strategies that European organisations can employ to reduce their carbon footprint and positively impact communities and individuals. You will also work with designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions, waste management, energy consumption, and more.

Your responsibilities:

Environmental area 
•    Support the team with data processes and data readiness for CSRD. Contribute to the preparation of documentation and reports to strengthen organizational transparency and accountability.
Social area
•    Assist the CSR team in implementing a major Pan-European project in 2027.
•    Participate in coordinating the social event agenda in 2027.
Governance area
•    Attend regular meetings to track progress and provide input on governance initiatives.
