As Sustainability Performance Manager, you will be part of the international Innovation Team but also work closely together with other teams such as the local Development and Commercial Teams, Finance Team, Branding Team, and IT Team. This is a truly integrated role in the heart of our sustainable product proposition. As such, you will further shape and establish Edge’s approach to prove the business value of our product, our buildings, across our operating countries.

Responsibilities you have

• Stay up to date with European and national regulations and sustainability reporting frameworks and trends to continuously deliver a fit-for-purpose dataset.
• Generate/ calculate/ collect data that helps to evaluate the performance of our projects to prove the business value they deliver – potentially through 3rd party verification, partnerships, scientific research. This includes
  • data on the sustainable performance of our buildings, for which you will closely work with our Sustainability & Carbon Lead.
  • our Edge Workplace Performance Check with key tenants, a tool to quantify the benefits of Edge’s office buildings for human health and performance. For this you will closely work with the Head of Sustainability as well as the Development and Commercial Colleagues.
  • Together with the Sustainability team, link collected performance data to commercial metrics, demonstrating the product value and communicating outcomes to tenants and internal stakeholders.
• Collect fit-for-purpose annual data on our company’s business operations for the Annual Sustainability Report.
• Own and develop our ESG Performance Dashboard together with our IT team, where all data comes together and which is the “source of truth” for all internal and external sustainability reporting and proving the business case.
• Deliver and continuously improve our Annual Sustainability Report with the input from all business units and projects.
• Work closely together with the Branding Team to ensure strong and consistent communication and PR around the sustainable performance of our projects.
