Our client, an industrial holding company specializing in medium-sized companies across various industries, including chemicals and pharmaceuticals, is seeking a dynamic Sustainability Manager. The firm operates in multiple regions, with a decentralized structure allowing for independent operation of its business units while benefiting from strategic oversight. The Role

As the Sustainability Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing the firm’s sustainability initiatives across its global business units. Reporting to the Chief Sustainability Officer, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sustainability strategies to ensure compliance with key regulations, such as the CSRD and CSDDD. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, advancing projects that foster engagement and alignment with sustainability goals, with varying levels of maturity across business units.

Location

Remote/Hybrid working is supported. The candidate must be already based in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium and able to travel between these countries on occassion.
