Sustainability / Energy Management Operations Specialist – Energy

The Sales and Service Infrastructure Development team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Energy Management Operations Specialist to play a key role in driving our organization’s sustainability and energy management efforts. This role will be an energy analyst focus role, which means that the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex energy data, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to drive business value and support organizational sustainability.

• Manage documentation related to ISO certification, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible
• Analyze energy data and forecast trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize energy efficiency
• Develop energy performance metrics and generate reports to track progress towards sustainability goals
• Create dashboards to visualize energy data and provide insights to stakeholders
• Optimize strategies to drive energy efficiency and sustainability, both within specific projects and across the organization as a whole
• Develop and monitor ISO documentation, including KPIs and performance metrics, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on energy management and sustainability best practices
