About the position

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sustainability Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management including Stakeholder Engagement, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) rating agencies, and governance. This role will support our annual disclosure processes and contribute to our sustainability initiatives.

  • Project Management:

Lead and manage sustainability projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and achieve objectives.

  • Data Governance and Documentation:

Develop and maintain governance on documentation and data management, including policies, procedures, and reports.

Develop and maintain methodology documentation for all sustainability KPIs and processes ensuring they meet for internal and external audit requirements.

Oversee internal data management system (PowerBI), ensuring robust governance practices are implemented and continuous improvements are achieved in data quality and reliability.

  • External reporting:

Support the drafting and coordination of annual ESG reporting and disclosures, including collecting relevant information/data and performing data quality checks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Ensure compliance with CSRD requirements, and alignment with key mandatory and voluntary frameworks such as GRI, SASB, PRI, and TCFD.

Works with third-party auditors on current and emerging (CSRD) ESG Assurance process including Internal Audits, Readiness Assessments and Limited Assurance.

  • ESG Rating:

Monitor and analyze ESG ratings from various agencies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Own the annual CDP Climate Change and Forests submission, providing strategic guidance to SMEs and identifying key scoring gaps to be addressed with internal stakeholders.

  • Data Analysis:

Analyze sustainability data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
