What You Will Be Doing
You will play a vital role in helping our clients understand, manage, and improve their environmental and social performance. Working closely with your team members, data engineers and developers, you’ll support the full onboarding and data integration process for our key clients. This includes everything from determining the scope and analysing data to selecting relevant emission factors, running calculations, and visualizing results that drive real impact. You will also be responsible for digging into and making sense of all data necessary to measure the sustainability impacts of our clients.
Your close collaboration with clients and strong data skills will also allow you to drive innovation. You’ll deliver input to improve and scale our product and services. Think about developing new features like forecasting, scenario modelling, QA checks, or improved export functions.

Some of your Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead in onboarding clients and integrating their ESG data into our platform.
- Be the primary point of contact for client questions, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal colleagues
- Analyse and troubleshoot product issues, providing effective solutions or escalating to the development team
- Stay up to date on platform capabilities and new features
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams to translate client feedback into improvements
- Support product testing and contribute to ongoing product development
