This is what you’ll be doing
As Manager Decarbonization you will  drive the decarbonization of our businesses to a 1.5-degree future by becoming net zero by 2040. In this role you will develop, implement and maintain a process to ensure climate-related trends and research are captured and shared globally, including topics of customer concern (in collaboration with local business customer insights teams). You will also create climate-related content with focus on own operations for internal trainings and create platforms for best-practice sharing among brands, to accelerate movement toward AD’s climate strategy.

Dive wholeheartedly into these key responsibilities      

• Drive the decarbonization of our businesses by becoming net zero.
• Organize and support the delivery of AD group-wide programs and projects.
• Jointly develop a global Renewal Energy policy
• Supporting Finance and brands to create and validate decarbonization scenario planning
• Advise on and translate changes in climate regulation and innovation to stay ahead.
• Ensure compliance with existing climate legislation and policies.
• Advise AD brands to ensure the carbon pricing and collection and the reporting of climate data is efficient and effective.
