You will be part of the Sustainability team, a small and lean team connected to all the functions of the organization. You will be supervised and report to the Sustainability Transformation Director of the Specialized Nutrition Unit of Danone. You will interact with different departments and gain experience at a global scope in a multicultural company.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the development of Danone Specialized Nutrition sustainability strategies through scouting of information, data consolidation, context understanding, competitors’ tracking
- Accumulate sustainability insights, benchmarks and initiatives into a summary to translate them into actionable opportunities
- Build a communication plan (engagement + upskilling) to spread Danone SN initiatives and actions across the organization
- Support internal marketing and sales team in embedding sustainability into their action plans
- Support the team in the building of a knowledge library on sustainability
