Job Description

Join us as a Global Sustainability Intern at our International Headquarters in Amsterdam, starting September 2025.
In this internship, you will support our work championing Regenerative Agriculture and Nature , as well as further refine our Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence processes. All of this will be done through hands-on support and by contributing to our sustainability information & knowledge management system.

Your key activities will be:

• Conducting research and analysis to evaluate potential environmental and social risks and impacts associated with our company’s activities, products, and suppliers.
• Supporting the rollout of our Monitoring & Evaluation processes to collect and report on key performance indicators related to our nature and people goals.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain insights on human rights and sustainability performance throughout the supply chain, and effectively communicating your findings.
• Participating in the development and implementation of training programs and awareness campaigns to educate employees, suppliers, and partners about sustainability topics.
• Supporting the preparation of sustainability reports, disclosures, and submissions for both internal and external audiences.
• Assisting with the rollout of our Human Rights & Environmental Due Diligence Programme.
• Collaborating on the creation of an information and knowledge management system to support our sustainability initiatives.
