ESG Manager

The ESG Manager will be developing, implementing, and managing our company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program together with the Global ESG Director. The successful candidate has at least 3 years of experience in ESG-related fields, understands ESG best practices and standards, and has a passion for sustainability while knowing how to operate in a commercial environment. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s ESG program, including policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Conduct ESG assessments, risk assessments, and benchmarking analyses to identify areas for improvement
• Work with internal stakeholders to set ESG goals and develop strategies to achieve them
• Monitor and report on ESG performance, including greenhouse gas emissions, water usage, waste management, and social impact
• Stay up-to-date with ESG regulations, guidelines, and reporting requirements and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with external partners, such as sustainability consultants, NGOs, and industry associations, to advance the company’s ESG objectives
• Raise awareness of ESG issues and engage with internal and external stakeholders to build a culture of sustainability
