We are looking for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Business Operations intern based in the Amsterdam area and available for a full-time (40 hours) on-site internship for at least 4 months.
Job Description
As our CSR & Business Operations intern, you will be part of the Operations team. You will engage in specific projects or high-priority tasks that are crucial for the success of our clients, including well-known brands like New York Pizza, Telepizza, Apache Pizza, and Pizza Hut. Your responsibilities will range from conducting Excel analyses on how our customers can improve their business operations to installing systems in stores, preparing training for franchisees, and assisting with headquarters campaigns.
In addition to these tasks, you will be involved in our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Your responsibilities will include researching and implementing various CSR initiatives to help our partners make a positive impact through their business practices. As we are in the early stages of developing our CSR efforts, your knowledge and input can make a great impact. You will spend time researching different initiatives and building viable business cases to present to and implement with our partners.
This role will provide you with exposure to different departments within our company, including Product, Support, and various client departments, giving you a comprehensive understanding of organizational operations and CSR strategies in practice. A Customer Success Manager will mentor you, and you will work closely with them to learn from their expertise and experience.
