SUMMARY:Leading in Today’s Complexity with Prof. Peter Senge
DESCRIPTION:A rare opportunity to engage directly with world-renowned think
er Prof. Peter Senge in a private setting for a select group of participan
 ts\nInvitation for business\, institutions\, non-profits\, the SDG &amp\
; IDG community\nA fish does not see the water it swims in. It assumes it
understands the world\, while being fully shaped by something it cannot pe
rceive.\n\nUntil it leaves.\n\nIn many ways\, this is not so different for
those of us working across organisations\, institutions\, and initiatives
.\n\nWe lead teams.\nWe design strategies.\nWe collaborate across sectors.
\nWe act with intention.\n\nAnd yet\, much of what we create remains shape
d by the systems we are trying to change.\n\nWe keep planning. We keep ali
gning. We keep delivering. But the larger system itself barely shifts.\n\n
Our efforts to create change are not falling short because of lack of comm
itment or capability\, but because they are often operating within the sam
e system logic and subtle assumptions they seek to transform.\n\nIn ways t
hat are hard to see\, how we collaborate\, decide\, lead and seek to del
iver results are often part of what keeps the system as it is. But we are
so focused on the urgent problems we face that we have little attention on
whether we are willing to see and show up differently and what this means
specifically.\n\nTHE INVITATION\n\nJoin a private dialogue and working se
ssion with Prof. Peter Senge.\n\nThis is not a conference.\n\nIt is not a
 networking event.\n\nIt is a space for reflection\, inquiry\, co-creation\
, and honest conversation among those actively navigating the complexity o
f deep change in their work.\n\nThe invitation is to explore:\n\n What mi
ght we not be seeing in the systems we are trying to change?\n How do our
ways of working reinforce the very patterns we want to shift?\n What doe
s it mean to work with systems across organisational boundaries?\n What k
inds of leadership are needed when there are no clear answers?\n How to n
urture personal and relational well-being and resilience in times of colla
pse?\n\nAcross sectors\, we are seeing:\n\n Increasing complexity without
corresponding clarity\n More collaboration\, but not always more coheren
ce\n Strong intentions and serious effort\, but limited systemic shift\n\
nThis creates a growing gap between what we aim for and what actually chan
ges.\n\nClosing\n\nThe session is designed to prioritise depth of dialogue
\, meaningful exchange and reflection.\n\nThis invitation is extended to
those who feel ready to question not only the systems they are part of\,
but how they themselves contribute to shaping them.\n\nAbout\n\nPeter Seng
e is a renowned systems scientist\, lecturer\, and influential strategist
who revolutionized organizational thinking &amp\; systems thinking with hi
s concept of the learning organization\, introduced in The Fifth Disciplin
e\, widely praised by Harvard Business Review. His work emphasizes learnin
g capabilities that align personal and collective goals\, and has shaped t
he fields of organizational learning and sustainability. He is a Sr Lectur
er at MIT School of Management and Founding Chair of the Society for Organ
izational Learning.\n\nHosted by\n→ Prof. Peter Senge (MIT)\, Bestsellin
g Author and Leading Thinker on Organisational Learning and Sustainability

, Inner Development Goals Foundation)\, Ivy de Bruijn (SDG Nederland) &a
