 ing CO₂ into the North Sea. Northern Lights has issued the world’s fir
 st certified CO₂ storage certificates. CBAM is converting European carbo
 n intensity standards into the price of market access for every industrial
  exporter trading with the EU. Across every link in the value chain — fr
 om capture at cement plants and steel mills\, to liquid CO₂ shipping con
 necting dispersed emitters to offshore storage\, to the North Sea’s emer
 ging storage marketplace — capital is committing and contracts are being
  signed. The question is no longer whether European CCUS will scale. It is
  how fast\, over which infrastructure\, and which markets will build their
  own programs on the European template first.\nCarbon Capture Europe Summi
