Dutch paint and chemicals company AkzoNobel has admitted it is “not happy” with its recent environmental performance, with the group’s latest sustainability report revealing a rise in direct and indirect emissions. The integrated  2014 Annual Report, released today, states that AkzoNobel’s ‘cradle-to-grave’ emissions – its scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions – rose by 4% in 2014.
